Recruiting is not a cookie-cutter process. Our mutual understanding of your business needs, work environment, and pain points enable us to add team members in a way that makes sense. We start by meeting with your team and observing your work environment in order to develop that understanding. Only then can we agree on what success looks like.
BRAINSTORM AND REFINE
After I’ve questioned and questioned and questioned, I come back to you with a strategy and a gameplan. Feasibility, a timeline, detailed expectations of your actions, and _____ are all parts of [the deliverable] I give you. When you sign off on the proposal, the search is on.
EXECUTE ON THE PLAN
Once we’ve done our setup work we start recruiting. I review and reply to *every* applicant within 24 hours, then group them by viability, interview and administer DiSC tests to the top tier. Then we present you with a ranked list of top contenders. I hand off each interviewee personally and check their references while you meet them. We confer after each interview and I debrief each prospect.
CLOSING AND FOLLOWUP
We’ll help build the offer letter, determine the start date, and handle all required negotiation. And when you hire, our job doesn’t stop! I check in weekly about performance and conduct an in-depth discussion with new team members just prior to 90-day review. Then, feeling assured of your new teammate’s success, you’ll hire me to improve your org chart, job role descriptions, conflict mediation, etc.
