I hired over a thousand people before my first day as a workplace consultant.

Companies often prioritize products over processes or people, but with growth comes more need for structure. The transition from one person wearing all the hats to an office with many departments involves far greater changes to the people and processes than to the product. That’s where I come in. My expertise is optimizing the relationships that make a business hum. Having spent much of my career curating and managing teams and how they work,  I am well-versed in the intricacies of placing people in positions where they are most likely to succeed.

So while I can’t redesign your widget or code your webpage,  I can improve the interactions of your employees. Something as simple as identifying mismatched expectations can uncover opportunities for growth hidden within a company’s workforce.
